Measure The Picture With Quality

The measure has nothing to do with quality. Responsible for quality are the pixels of the image.

A clear example is most images on Facebook, google etc. That being hung for internet are not prepared for printing so the resolution is very low and therefore can print but small size.

If you need to print a large image quality and you should search an image database (there is no payment and free) or make and print directly from your camera (or mobile with good megapixels)
In our customer we recommend printing to bring more of a photo so choose the one with higher quality and look at the maximum size to look good.

For good quality printing you must get a picture as minimum size to which you want to print (it would not be larger view) with a minimum resolution of 300dpi. (Nor would serve to transform the points or pixels of the image from 72dpi to 300dpi say).

If these requirements are met and printed with appropriate means, you will get a good reproduction of your photo.
