Difference Between LCD And LED

LCD :-
It is perhaps the most popular term we see in the market. LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display. Usually a standard LCD screen comes with a fluorescent backlight, which is responsible for illuminating the glass screen so we can see the content.

The big problem is that the LCD cannot produce perfect blacks, since the backlight would have to completely shut down to get there. Moreover, one of the great advantages introduced, was how thin are compared with older screens

LED :-
This stands for Light Emitting Diode, or Light Emitting Diode Spanish. Quite the opposite of what people might think, the "LED screens" are also LCD screens. The difference is that we change the fluorescent backlight LED backlight.

The great advantages of this technology are its much lower energy consumption and allowing greater thinness mentioned above. But most important is that we get much closer to a true black color, because if the LCD panel is turned off, the LED backlight can obscure the necessary areas to reach black
